Checking out all the other sites that have published press material on this phone, they do make mention of a streamlined “race car” design to this phone. It’s true — and I have to add that after booting it up and syncing my cloud details, I’m pleased to report that the v970m’s main selling point is the overall package. It doesn’t oversell itself: the combination of the 1GHz dual core processor, generous memory (it comes with a 4GB microSD card) and decently loud audio are necessities by today’s standards. Perhaps the only thing it lacks is a front-facing camera for video calls, but to be quite honest, I’m all for turning the phone around with the better camera. And really — the price — the sub PHP 10k positioning is 100% ace.
