PICKUP COFFEE introduces PICKUP Club, aims to bring digital perks to coffee

PICKUP COFFEE, the Filipino digital-first coffee company, recently celebrated the launch of its new loyalty program, PICKUP Club, with the exclusive PICKUP Perks Event. Held at its Vertis North branch, the first and biggest PICKUP PRIME store in the Metro, the event transformed the app’s digital rewards into tangible, real-world experiences for guests.

The event showcased how PICKUP COFFEE is making customers’ everyday PICKUP experience more seamless and rewarding with app-based experiences. Guests were immersed in the PICKUP Club, the loyalty and rewards program exclusively available on the PICKUP App. Attendees engaged firsthand with PICKUP App’s loyalty program through a series of interactive challenges and reward redemptions.

‘Where perks get better with every cup.’ That’s the heart of PICKUP Club: every cup of coffee should give you more,” said Matteo Gancayco, Head of Digital Channels, Data, and Media at PICKUP COFFEE. “With tiered membership levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Emerald — we’re celebrating those who make PICKUP part of their everyday routine.”

Highlights of the PICKUP Perks Event included App Simulation Booths where guests unlocked perks by playing interactive games inspired by the PICKUP App. Guests also had a chance to snap photos with Phil the Cup, race in Catch the Espresso Bean and put their testing memory to work in Match the Perk. Each challenge lets them unlock points and discover perks in a fun, gamified way. Using points earned at the event, guests redeemed exclusive merchandise, vouchers, and their favorite PICKUP COFFEE drinks. Among those who joined in the fun and activities were Ashley Garcia, Patricia Henson, Vince Velasco and Denisse Anthea.

The launch event reinforces PICKUP COFFEE’s commitment to being a customer-centric brand that delivers everyday uplifts. By developing innovative and tech-forward experiences, the brand continues its mission to UPlift everyone with fast, delicious, and surprisingly affordable beverages – everyone, one PICKUP at a time.

The PICKUP Club is now available to all customers through the PICKUP App. Members can enjoy a variety of perks, including:

  • Delivery Discounts and access to exclusive merch across its Bronze, Silver, Gold and Emerald club tiers
  • Special birthday treats during their birthday month and monthsary treat (as much as 4 free PICKUP for those in the Emerald tier!) 
  • Order discounts (3x, 6x and 9x for Silver, Gold and Emerald tiers, respectively
  • And soon, Emerald tier members gain exclusive passes to invite only events. Plus, an exciting travel-related perk is on the horizon. Members can look forward to elevated experiences that will make their journeys even more rewarding, with more details to be revealed soon
