As Android phones get all the more affordable these days, manufacturers can either churn out even more affordable phones OR “take the Nestea plunge” when it comes to pricing. Ye olde HTC Explorer is once such phone. HTC Philippines has announced its price drop from over PHP 7,000.00++ to a mere PHP 5,790.00.
To recap, the HTC Explorer is a Android smartphone that was released in 2012. It comes preloaded with v2.3 Gingerbread and is powered by a humble 600MHz A5 processor. The phone comes with a 3.2″ screen and a single back 3MP camera.
