Touched base (LOL what a term, this “touched base”) at Ho Chi Minh earlier today. Here are some street snaps of downtown. Trying (very hard) to do this whole street photography bit.

What camera are you using? I’m just wondering if you’re a little cautious since your DSLR may attract a lot of attention.

Nikon D40 🙂 yeah im being cutely cautious. im shooting “from the hip” with this thing which means im not looking into the viewfinder for these shots. thats street snapping!

These pics remind me of the Philippines… Why didnt you bring a smaller camera?

haha well they dont look too bad for quick snaps.
