If you were to meet five bloggers …

·

Who would they be? Darren has posted this question up on ProBlogger and this is a repost of the comment I’ve left. Since i have to limit this list to five, im not going to include the b5 founders because that would be a given already. I’d love to meet the following:

BRIAN CLARK – I come to Copy Blogger daily to read up on the writing profession. it’s not just his advice, but the WAY he conveys his message. I want to see what he’s like in person.

JOHN C. DVORAK – they say that the cranky geek isn’t as cranky in person. i just want to see for myself. in fact i’d feel disappointed if he didnt tell me to scram!

PETER ROJAS – Pencil pusher? Writer? Editor? I want to see what makes this guy tick.

EASTON ELLSWORTHKnow More Media’s Associate Editor is young and talented. I’d love to have a beer with the guy and hear his thoughts about life, the birds, the bees and blogging.

HUGH MCLEOD – is he a copywriter? a cartoonist? a creative director? this guy is a legend in my books and i want him draw a comic behind my business card that says, “Jayvee, your tail is sooooo long.” (wait, that sounded wrong!)

Thanks for the coffee invite over on ProBlogger, Jayvee. I’ll be in touch, it’s hard to keep me away from a cup of coffee. My wife and I are in the States right now getting some belongings shipped, we hope to be back in Bulacan by 1 November … glad I saw your blog, I hadn’t been reading it before … there is a way to reduce the number of one’s feeds on Bloglines, there is, I know there is LoL

Thanks, Jayvee. Hopefully someday we can meet in person and shoot the breeze. It’s crazy how nowadays it’s possible to work together for the same company (Know More Media) without ever making personal contact.
