I’ve had enough of smartbro. I think at the end of the day–it’s not the speed that counts but the stability of the signal. if it keeps fluctuating, it sucks~~

It’s basically useless even if you have the fastest internet connections but the service is crap

SUN is OK as per what other people tell me. but talk to other people in your area and ask them what they use. if you’re in cebu, IMHO SMARTBro throttles!
