Lots of great features, but for being such a great aggregator, I'm still maybe halfway before mastering it. More so with something like Google Wave which purports to replace email. Can't understand the need for real time. You need real time, you've got chat and Twitter and a host of other social media sites. But I love email because it allows you communicate at a pace you're comfortable with. And not be harassed for a perceived need to be real time when the situation does not even warrant it.
