To this day some friends of mine cannot call out using DUO and even those who are not subscribed and just on globe post or pre paid. In Davao globe is mostly dead! I got into a fit when GLOBE overcharged me for 3g services. I don't know about the technology involved but I am enjoying my Globe Duo though. So far so good.
