I am what you would consider to be an old fart. But I have an eLearning business, so I am getting increasingly less ignorant about the Web 2.0, social networking etc. I also have Gen Y kids, so they keep me young.

I am a foreigner, having lived and worked in many countries around the workd, and in the last 10 yeras in the Philippines, and I do wonder if perhaps I have something to share with people in my adopted home.

I learnt about this blog after having a chat with my old friend Prof Ricky Lim, Dean of the Wash Sycip School of Business of AIM.

The things I could share would be:-
1. My observations about the Filipino culture, the plus and minuses, and perhaps some suggestions
2. I also working in multinational companies around the world, and I do also have an executive search business. I could perhaps share some insights on resume writing, how to present yourseld to employees, and how to build a career
3. eLearning - I carry global brands like U21Global and eCornell (of Cornell University of New York).

I am not really doing this for profit. I want to do something to help my adopted home.

I would appreciate some initial feedback and inputs.
