The sound supplier advised Chicane's sound engineer not to blast the audio and the house mixer at the same time. But he still did. Not only once but 4 times. And yes, sound check was done before the event. Chicane even practiced for more than an hour. And nothing was wrong. FYI: The technical problems for the sound system of the Chicane event was not Bigfish’ fault.
