The iPhone: In the Hands of Pinoys ;)

credit to Nickster of PhilMUG

These are unboxing and review pictures posted by PhilMUG members on the iPhone review thread at PhilMUG. It would be nice to read how fellow Pinoys (as compared to reading stuff on TUAW) give their hands on to one of the most revolutionary products this decade. The thread is growing and contains pictures of the pre iPhone and AT&T lines as well as some other unboxing pictures by some other MUGers members abroad.

I would like to credit PhilMUGer Nickster for borrowing his juicy photos of the iPhone unboxing ritual. More pictures from other members at the links.

I believe Yuga posted about the iPhone thinking it was mine. Sorry to disappoint but that’s pretty impossible. I’m not Walt Mossberg. I removed the more tag to avoid confusion. But really, that was flattering, Abe. I played with something similar though. It’s called the HTC Touch.

Was chatting with Tim Flight of GPS Review and this pretty much fed my jealousy:

He did mention that the phone is a marvelous piece of art and the browser is the best ever software made for a mobile device. A lot of people were not as lucky as Tim. Guy Kawasaki had his own thoughts about AT&T customer support saying that we may all have to strap ourselves down for the ride of our lives when it comes to the quality of tech support they offer.

For some reason, it doesn’t look attractive to me at all…perhaps I’ll have a burning desire for one when I get to use one…for now, I have the hots for a Nokia E90…

I am sorry for accusing you of having an iPhone. I was so excited I saw your picture with the Photographer Philippines Magazine in it I immediately concluded you had one. Sayang! Hihiramin ko pa naman.
