A friend of mine boasted that we produce the best beer in the world and bragged that we have the most delicate taste testers inside the beer production. I'm not sure how this is related with regards to food writing, but if these guys with the most sensitive taste buds can put their taste into words, they probably make an excellent food-writing teacher. Just a thought…
