It was a big toss up between watching Miss Universe or our beloved president’s SONA. But in the end, only one can prevail. Click on this link to see the battle of the week courtesy of GoogleFight!

“Enrique Mossesgeld” vs. “Simon Mossesgeld”
Straight from a soap opera, the son and father fight! The young one presents a challenge, but in the end, experience always wins. A close victory at 152,000 – 153,000.
Wow! Indeed *laughs*
the only reason i watched miss universe was to catch the bit where miss japan practically runs off the stage after being announced as 1st runner up.
I actually went to a viewing party. I think Miss Japan would’ve won if the pageant provided a better translator. The Spanish translator was very articulate, and I can imagine he spiced up Miss Puerto Rico’s answers. The Japanese translator, on the other hand, lacked a command of English that would’ve impressed the judges.
